📋 Description

• Design, build, and support Advanced Routing for managed file transfers • Design and implement Advanced Routing flows enforcing partner-specific policies and SLAs • Model and configure routing decisions for complex partner ecosystems, including conditional logic and error handling • Validate routing integrity, perform test transfers, and document routing controls and escalations • Troubleshoot Tier-3 issues across operating system, network, and ST application layers • Drive root-cause analysis and remediation • Develop scripts for log parsing, certificate validation, and routing checks • Create and maintain partner and configuration objects • Manage certificate and key rotation schedules • Collaborate with application, security, and network teams • Advise stakeholders on routing impacts, partner onboarding standards, and security considerations • Implement and tune monitoring and alerting for routing flows, partner failures, certificate expirations, and transfer health • Author and maintain SOPs, runbooks, and knowledge articles • Support audit, compliance, and vulnerability remediation activities related to ST routing and partner configurations • Operate in a highly regulated, mission-critical environment

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years administering Axway Secure Transport in production • 5+ years Linux/RHEL system administration • 3+ years designing/supporting Advanced Routing • 3+ years Tier-3 operational troubleshooting across ST protocols and routing decisions • 3+ years enterprise security experience with SSH/PKI/PGP, TLS, and certificates • Hands-on Axway Secure Transport engineering experience • Proficiency with Axway ST 5.5-2026x on Red Hat Enterprise Linux • Knowledge of ST architecture, deployment, administration, Advanced Routing, SFTP/SSH, HTTPS/TLS, FTPS, PGP/GPG, networking, IAM/RBAC, monitoring, certificates, and security hardening • Ability to develop lightweight operational scripts • Ability to create and maintain users, roles, routes, policies, certificates, and keys • Ability to produce technical documentation, SOPs, and runbooks • Relevant certifications in Linux, security, or Axway are a plus • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or equivalent technical study is preferred • Required to participate in an on-call rotation for mission-critical transfers
