📋 Description

• Maintain strategic account engagement through consistent outreach and structured follow-up to Outside Sales activities • Conduct call planning, analysis, presentations, and post-meeting execution • Build relationships across customer organizations and understand customer needs, buying patterns, and end-user requirements • Partner with Outside Sales on go-to-market strategies, program management, merchandising schedules, and renewals • Leverage trade marketing, decoration services, EDI, pricing strategies, and custom website solutions to maximize sales opportunities • Cultivate cross-functional relationships to facilitate communication and goal achievement • Manage weekly reporting, calendars, sales funnel tracking, program administration, and CRM maintenance • Resolve customer problems rapidly and professionally • Use merchandising expertise to highlight competitive advantages and drive upsell opportunities • Provide account information on products, inventory, pricing, shipping, and company policies through multiple channels • Create strategic pricing structures and quotations to drive revenue growth • Collaborate with Outside Sales to deliver product solutions, merchandise information, samples, and marketing materials • Manage phone, email, internal coordination, marketing, and web-based solutions across multiple platforms

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree preferred; minimum High School Diploma required • 1+ years of professional sales or account management experience • Promotional products and apparel industry experience highly valued • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities • Demonstrated presentation skills • Outstanding relationship-building capabilities and customer-centric approach • Advanced analytical mindset and ability to identify growth opportunities through customer data analysis • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite • Strong technical aptitude • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.; employment authorization verified through E-Verify • Satisfactory background check required
