📋 Description

• Role: AI Platform Engineer to design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure, with a focus on Kubernetes and containerization. • Kubernetes Expertise: Develop and maintain expertise in Kubernetes, including cluster management, deployment strategies, and troubleshooting. • Release Management: Develop and implement release management processes and procedures to ensure efficient, reliable, and secure deployment of applications. • Team Building: Build out a team of engineers to handle release management and operations, including recruiting, training, and mentoring team members. • Operations: Develop and implement operational processes and procedures to ensure high availability, scalability, and security of our applications and infrastructure. • Collaboration: Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth deployment of applications and provide feedback on application design and architecture. • Monitoring and Logging: Develop and implement monitoring and logging strategies to ensure visibility into application and infrastructure performance. • Security: Ensure that our cloud infrastructure and applications are secure, compliant with industry standards, and meet regulatory requirements. • Cost Optimization: Optimize cloud costs and ensure that our infrastructure is running efficiently and effectively. • Documentation: Develop and maintain documentation on our cloud infrastructure, release management processes, and operational procedures.

🎯 Requirements

• Technical Expertise: 5+ years of experience in cloud computing, with a focus on Kubernetes and containerization. • Leadership Experience: 2+ years of experience in building and managing high-performing teams. • Cloud Platforms: Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure. • Kubernetes: Experience with Kubernetes, including cluster management, deployment strategies, and troubleshooting. • Release Management: Experience with release management tools and processes, such as GitOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployment. • Operations: Experience with operational processes and procedures, including monitoring, logging, and security. • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. • Collaboration: Experience collaborating with development teams and other stakeholders to ensure smooth deployment of applications. • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing technical requirements and priorities.
