📋 Description

• Digitalization and automation of sales processes • Maintenance, further development and optimization of existing IT processes • Automation of customer communication • Technical implementation of email campaigns, website and order flows • Integration, analysis and preparation of data via, among others, ODBC interfaces • Analysis and optimization using Excel, VBA, macros and CRM • Interface work and close collaboration with management and the sales team

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree, vocational training or comparable qualification in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Media/Communication • Very confident use of Excel including VBA, macros and ODBC • Strong IT and data affinity • Structured and independent working style
