• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a science-related field such as Nursing or Life Sciences, with a technical or science background preferred. • Over 3 years of proven experience as a 180 Recruiter within the Australian market, ideally in Executive Search or professional recruitment. • Experienced in recruiting for complex, hard-to-fill roles across pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device industries. • Strong command of English, both verbal and written, with confidence in client-facing communication. • Proficient in using ATS tools such as JobAdder, Microsoft Office Suite, and LinkedIn for sourcing. • Advanced skills in LinkedIn sourcing, outreach, and opportunity identification. • Demonstrates initiative and the ability to work independently and proactively. • Strong consultative interviewing skills focused on understanding candidate motivations and fit. • Able to manage deadlines and adapt to urgent recruitment needs effectively. • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and persistent in achieving recruitment goals. • Thrives under pressure and maintains performance in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Strong time management and multitasking abilities. • Confident, intelligent, and driven to succeed in a challenging recruitment setting.
