⢠Develop CRM strategies for clientsâ Klaviyo accounts under management ⢠Create editorial calendars ⢠Write detailed briefs to guide designers and copywriters in creating emails ⢠Maintain client relationships through reporting, recurring calls, and responding to client questions ⢠Track KPIs and analyze CRM campaign performance ⢠Draw insights from performance data and adjust strategies accordingly ⢠Propose new initiatives to strengthen client relationships ⢠Report to the COO
