• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field (required) • Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or related discipline (preferred) • Minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible experience in client management or account management within group insurance, employee benefits, or a related field • Experience leading large, multi-tiered teams supporting complex national clients • Proven success in developing and executing client retention and service strategies for large case markets • Demonstrated leadership in evolving or modernizing client service models to meet up market expectations • Prior leadership accountability for a national accounts client management organization (preferred) • Experience overseeing both home office and field-based client service models (preferred) • Experience with both fully insured and self-funded benefits arrangements (preferred)
