📋 Description

• Directly manage a team of 2 Channel Managers responsible for the Professional Power Tools portfolio in the C&I Field Sales Channel • Direct and coordinate strategic marketing activities to achieve operating plans • Own profitability, promotion, pricing, merchandising, and new product plans for the C&I Field Team • Lead cross-functional work with Commercial, Product, Brand, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to develop strategic growth initiatives • Develop product, online merchandising, and promotion strategies • Present new products, merchandising, and promotional strategies • Execute market communication plans and new product launches • Review brand and merchandising messaging and tactics for channel-strategy compliance • Analyze and track sales, inventory, market share, competitive landscapes, and promotional effectiveness • Develop and execute program and promotional improvements • Work with Sales and Finance to manage listings and maximize sales and profitability through mix management, promotions, and pricing actions • Make business decisions to drive top- and bottom-line results using a holistic understanding of the channel P&L • Guide less experienced team members and lead high-impact activities and projects across the broader channel team

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of eight plus (8+) years of Product, Sales and/or Marketing experience within the Retail space • Demonstrated achievement in sales growth and margin accretion • Solid analytical skills • Strong understanding of Sales, Gross Margins, Operating Margins, Inventory Turns, and other business and financial metrics • Project management, collaboration, negotiation, and interpersonal skills • Demonstrated success communicating effectively with all levels of the business • Experience navigating a complex organization and changing priorities • Attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines and focus on high-impact work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment • Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems such as SAP, BW, and Salesforce
