📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring safety, quality and compliance across activities and documentation • Manage project programmes, resources and teams, keeping work on track and aligned with client expectations • Oversee project finances, including budgeting, forecasting, change control and accurate invoicing • Maintain strong client relationships through clear communication, issue resolution and identification of future opportunities • Ensure technical standards are met and project files remain up to date • Share lessons learned to drive continuous improvement • Lead lift and escalator projects across North England, from Nottingham through to Scotland

🎯 Requirements

• Good standard of numeracy and literacy • NVQ6 or degree in Management or equivalent • Previous lift/escalator background advantageous • CSCS Managers • IOSH Managing Safely • Appropriate right to work must be held by applicants • Sponsorship is not available • Willingness to undertake occasional overnight stays depending on project requirements
