📋 Description

• Manage a portfolio of clients with annualised spend ranging from £5,000 to £12,000 • Manage overall account values of approximately £1 million annually • Retain and grow the customer base each quarter • Self-source and acquire new high-value prospects • Deliver growth sales across Yell’s digital solutions, including agency products • Identify and acquire new digital opportunities by developing advertising programmes that meet client needs and agency minimum-spend thresholds • Deliver growth targets for high-value new business • Sell Yell’s digital product portfolio and propose commercial models that maximise revenue and meet customer requirements • Build long-lasting relationships with account holders • Nurture relationships with stakeholders across the wider business, including DADs, KADs, customer service, and the Yell agency

🎯 Requirements

• Must be based on patch covering the South East • Full UK driving license required with no more than 6 points • Access to a car • Demonstrable experience selling high-value digital solutions • Highly successful track record of digital sales performance • High understanding of digital marketing campaigns and technology • Ability to adapt continuously to the digital market and monitor competitors • Ability to explain complex digital information clearly and concisely • Flexible and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities, targets, and strategies • Resilient, disciplined, tenacious, task-oriented, and willing to go the extra mile for clients • Emotionally intelligent, respectful, professional, and collaborative approach
