• Full ownership of the new business sales cycle within your assigned territory from prospecting and lead generation to product demonstrations and deal closure • Identifying and developing new opportunities in the student property management market to expand our customer base • Building strong relationships with key decision-makers and positioning StarRez as a trusted solution for housing operations • Meeting and exceeding new business revenue targets while maintaining accurate pipeline and forecasting data • Collaborating with Sales Development, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to drive engagement and ensure a smooth post-sale transition • Contributing insights from the field to inform go-to-market strategy and continuously improve the sales process
• 5+ years of experience in student housing/property management OR new business/account-based sales • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Experience delivering software product demonstrations • Proficient in Salesforce (or similar CRM) for end-to-end sales management • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and operate effectively under pressure • Self-motivated and able to work independently, while contributing to team goals.
