📋 Description

• Grow the UK customer base by turning genuine interest in cleaning services into new business • Engage with warm leads and uncover customer needs • Present relevant cleaning services and explain their benefits • Develop interested prospects into qualified sales opportunities • Follow up with customers throughout the sales journey • Secure confirmed bookings through effective sales conversations • Record enquiries, conversations and outcomes accurately in the CRM • Maintain an organised and up-to-date sales pipeline • Monitor personal activity, conversion rates and sales performance • Contribute towards revenue and monthly performance objectives • Provide weekend coverage on Saturday–Tuesday or Wednesday–Sunday shift patterns

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years' experience in direct sales, telesales, business development or a similar commercial role • Excellent English communication skills, both verbally and in writing • Self-motivated and capable of managing priorities without constant supervision • Strong relationship-building and analytical problem-solving abilities • Resilient, positive and comfortable handling sales objections • Evidence of achieving telephone sales targets or similar measurable objectives • Comfortable working with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook • Previous experience working with CRM systems and customer databases • Confident negotiating with customers and resolving issues professionally • Access to a dependable laptop or desktop for remote work • Own device required • Stable Wi-Fi / Internet connection required
