• Process payroll, ensuring accurate and timely compensation for teammates. • Handle invoicing tasks — create, track, and make sure invoices get paid on time. • Process employee reimbursements efficiently and accurately. • Support executive leadership with EA-style administrative tasks. • Oversee the preparation, review, and submission of company tax-related filings. • Stay on top of team’s time off — handle leave requests and keep our records up-to-date. • Oversee company tools and software subscriptions, including renewals, access management, and budget tracking. • Conduct interviews for internal roles and support end-to-end coordination (e.g., scheduling, candidate management, onboarding). • Improve people operations processes, inclusive of onboarding, retention, and team engagement to drive sustainable growth.
• Experience in administrative support, people ops, HR admin, or other related roles. • Excellent spoken and written communication skills. • Operationally excellent, with a high daily output and precision in execution. • Strong attention to detail and track record for getting the details right.
