📋 Description

• Provide first-level support via phone, chat, email or ITSM tool. • Log, classify and prioritize incidents and requests. • Provide support for operating systems (Windows), Microsoft Office suite, networks and corporate software. • Advise users, provide instructions and follow up on ticket resolution. • Escalate incidents to higher support levels when necessary. • Monitor SLAs and ensure quality of service. • Participate in continuous improvement of support processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Completed higher education or technical degree in Technology-related fields. • Knowledge of operating systems (Windows). • Basic knowledge of networks and infrastructure. • Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite and corporate tools.
