• Own end-to-end offshore recruitment for the R&D group, including sourcing, screening, and coordination with offshore recruitment partners. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with offshore staffing teams to ensure consistent delivery of qualified candidates. • Collaborate with R&D hiring managers to understand role requirements, priorities, and desired candidate profiles. • Track and report on offshore recruitment metrics, including pipeline health, time-to-fill, and candidate quality. • Support the creation and refinement of job descriptions tailored to offshore candidate markets. • Manage the interview scheduling and candidate feedback loop between offshore partners and internal hiring teams. • Identify and recommend process improvements for offshore recruitment strategies.
• 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably with experience managing offshore or distributed recruiting teams. • Strong knowledge of technical recruiting, particularly for software engineering, product, and R&D roles. • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence and build relationships across teams. • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools; Workday preferred. • Ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
