📋 Description

• building and elevating Strada’s global Sales Development function • establishing best practices for inbound and outbound prospecting • standardizing qualification and performance metrics • coaching and developing team members • strengthening cadence discipline and pipeline hygiene • driving qualified pipeline creation aligned to revenue goals • partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to execute targeted campaigns

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7+ years of experience, including significant time in SDR/BDR or similar prospecting roles • exposure to enterprise sales environments • prior experience as a team lead, player-coach, or senior mentor • strong operating discipline • commercial acumen • familiarity with Salesforce, sales engagement platforms, enrichment tools, intent data, and conversation intelligence
