📋 Description

• Direct outreach and follow-up on marketing originated/derived leads generated through external channels namely, telemarketing, digital and social marketing/selling and email marketing efforts • Carry out exploratory research and identify potential target accounts and decision makers within them • Collaborate with sales and presales teams to hone best sales approaches and angles • Create and deliver marketing qualified opportunities that can be handed off to sales and can be moved forward based on established/predefined criteria • Support marketing efforts at trade shows, exhibits, and other events where there is an opportunity to interact/meet prospects • Leverage market insights and intent data to target the right prospect organizations at the right time • Influence direct to prospect campaigns and messaging based on interactions with prospects • Increase Strada´s profile and awareness with prospects through key B2B social channels like LinkedIn and X • Get involved in local customer communities and attend industry events all in the means to garner more prospect conversations.

🎯 Requirements

• University or college degree • 2+ years’ experience in a business development role ideally in payroll/HR corporate environment • Fluent in German and English • Knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques. • Strong communication skills (the gift of the gab) • Strong problem identification and objections handling skills • Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills • Excellent listening skills. • Strong written communication skills. • Self- motivated, with high energy and an enthusiasm • Ability to work individually and as part of a team. • High level of integrity and work ethic • Digitally savvy: well versed in platforms like LinkedIn, X • Familiarity with CRM systems like SFDC (nice to have)
