📋 Description

• Own the entire sales process—from initial outreach through closing • Actively acquire new customers • Partially qualify leads and identify customer needs • Conduct consultation and closing calls • Independently close consulting and agency service engagements (strategy, retainers, and projects) • Handle inbound leads and build your own outbound pipeline • Maintain and manage the sales pipeline in the CRM • Work closely with the management team and Marketing

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in B2B sales, ideally in an agency environment • Confident conducting consultative sales conversations and closing deals • Highly results-oriented, combined with a structured, consultative sales approach • Understanding of online marketing, SEO, performance advertising, and related areas • Structured and self-directed working style • Excellent German language skills • CRM experience (e.g., HubSpot or Pipedrive) is a plus
