📋 Description

• Lead and develop a team of full-cycle GTM recruiters • Guide recruiter performance, skills development, and professional growth • Collaborate with senior GTM leaders to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies that meet headcount targets • Work with Finance, People Operations, Benefits, Onboarding, and Legal to ensure a cohesive candidate experience • Develop a robust talent pipeline through employer branding, events, and employee referrals • Provide reporting on key metrics and insights to inform decisions, optimize processes, and improve recruiting effectiveness • Lead cross-functional projects and manage performance metrics

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in recruiting management, with a preference for in-house recruitment experience • Proven track record of partnering effectively with hiring teams throughout the recruiting process; acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to drive hiring success • Experience mentoring recruiters and providing coaching and guidance • Ability to navigate fast-paced environments and provide clarity in ambiguous situations • Strong ability to identify and engage top talent and foster candidate relationships • Excellent communication skills • Exceptional teamwork abilities and proficiency in managing multiple tasks simultaneously • Experience thriving and prioritizing tasks in dynamic, ever-changing environments
