Mission: increase the GDP of the internet. • About the team: Total Rewards team ensures equitable and competitive compensation. • What you’ll do: Strategize and plan for continued global growth; accountable for all things equity including data integrity and scaling systems and processes; develop and manage the equity administration team and report to Head of Total Rewards. • Responsibilities: Lead GEM function; oversee globally distributed team; determine operating model and vendor strategy; optimize global equity policies and processes; advise internal partners on equity and compliance; partner cross-functionally; ensure tax compliance; advise on equity aspects of M&A; escalate GEM challenges; set GEM budgets with Finance and People; use data for decisions; keep business abreast of changing regulations.

🎯 Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree • A background of at least 7+ years of experience in global equity management and administration, including at least 3+ years of leading the function and a distributed team • CEP Level 3 designation required • Proven experience managing global external providers such as vendors and consultants • Strong knowledge of global equity laws, regulations, and processes
