• Responsible for integrating and optimizing artificial intelligence and automation within work processes • Identifying manual or inefficient workflows • Developing automated solutions and making meaningful use of AI tools across the company • Close collaboration with management and all teams • Continuous evaluation of new AI tools and technologies
🎯 Requirements
• Strong interest in AI, automation, and process optimization • Experience with AI tools or automation platforms • Analytical and structured thinking • Ability to simplify complex processes • Independent and solution-oriented working style • Nice to have: experience with tools such as Make, Zapier, Notion, Airtable, or working with APIs • Experience with low-code / no-code automations • Experience in a startup, agency environment, or fast-growing company
