• About the employer • We are a dynamic and young team and we are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team at this exciting time. • Someone who wants to make a positive contribution to the company and take an entrepreneurial role in the growth of the company. • This role is about being personal, building relationships, developing and maintaining your profile as a recruiter in the PR industry, assisting both clients and candidates and more importantly doing it in a friendly supportive environment. • At no point will cold calling be necessary! • Responsibilities • Responsible for nurturing and maintaining relationships with clients. • You will manage the recruitment for a pool of PR agencies in London. • Maintain close communication with your clients to understand their business and updates • Identify and pursue new business sales opportunities by use of the internet, networking etc • Manage the workflow and traffic between the clients and candidates, be the central point • Source candidates using a variety of outlets, such as job postings and social media, while effectively targeting the right kinds of candidates for our job vacancies • Build and develop your profile as a recruiter in the PR industry to gain referrals and raise the reputation of our agency • Ensure the smooth running of company business • Research into clients company, competitors and market place • Assess candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit and compatibility • Conduct confidential screening of candidates • Present shortlisted candidates and provide detailed profile summaries to clients • Network and build long-lasting client relationships • Research and develop recruiting leads • Headhunting – identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be in work • Briefing candidates about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question • Organising interviews for candidates as requested by the client • Working towards and exceeding targets that may relate to the number of candidates placed, a value to be billed to clients or business leads generated

• Entrepreneur mind-set driven by challenges and commercially minded • A people person & strong networker • Problem solver • Fast-moving person, keen starter with can-do attitude • Experience in building partnerships and client relationship management with desire to network • Self-motivated, able to work on own initiative • Integrity and confidentiality • A fast learner, organised self-starter who is able to multi-task • Be comfortable dealing with people and able to carry out duties with accuracy and speed • Logical approach to solve problems • Excellent communication skills • Proficient in word, excel and power point
