• You will be responsible for reaching out to and qualifying new potential clients and working with the rest of the sales team to help guide a prospect from initial touch points to becoming a customer • You will work directly with the Head of Sales to build and manage a pipeline of prospects as well as contribute to the efficiency of the sales process specifically around customer acquisition strategy, the qualification process, growth targets and other key initiatives • Own a pipeline of specialty contractors and manage and qualify inbound leads via phone, email, and other media • Attend in person industry events and trade shows to generate new leads and network with potential and existing customers. • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop sales collateral and campaigns. • Implement processes and tools to improve conversion and streamline the customer acquisition process • You'll have latitude to experiment and innovate to drive results and push the business forward
• Bachelor's degree or 2-3 years of relevant B2B SaaS sales experience • Fast learner who can adapt to change quickly - this is a fast-paced, rapidly evolving (but fun!) work environment • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively • Hustler with a competitive drive to hit and exceed goals • Naturally creative with an excitement to try new things and surface ideas • Self-starter who can work independently or as part of a team • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills • A strong passion for technology and its potential to transform the construction industry
