📋 Description

• Proactively search for and engage candidates, headhunting for niche roles, and build talent pools for future hiring needs • Manage and maintain high-quality data in the ATS • Draft engaging job specifications reflecting company culture • Track effective advertising channels and oversee the application process • Conduct first-stage candidate screenings and match candidates to roles • Maintain competitor market maps and track trends to inform hiring strategy • Support onboarding improvements, referral campaigns, and candidate testing • Build strong talent pipelines and help ensure a smooth, efficient hiring process and positive candidate experience

🎯 Requirements

• Experience finding candidates, especially in the UK across Audit, Accounting, Tax, or professional services • Experience within the South African market is a bonus • Ability to track, manage, and report on hiring data accurately and provide meaningful insight • Experience using an ATS; experience with Pinpoint is advantageous but not required • Ability to conduct effective candidate screenings • Ability to update templates, coordinate interviews, and manage recruitment processes • Detail-oriented, proactive, creative problem-solving, empathetic listening, and organisational skills
