📋 Description

• Proactively search for and engage candidates, headhunt for niche roles, and build talent pools for future hiring needs. • Manage and maintain high-quality data in the ATS. • Draft engaging job specifications reflecting the company culture. • Track optimal advertising channels and oversee the application process. • Conduct first-stage candidate screenings and match candidates to roles. • Maintain competitor market maps and track market trends to inform hiring strategy. • Support onboarding improvements, referral campaigns, and candidate testing initiatives. • Help ensure a smooth, organised hiring process and positive candidate experience.

🎯 Requirements

• Know how to find great candidates, especially in the UK across Audit, Accounting, Tax, or professional services. • Experience within the South African market is a bonus. • Data-savvy, with the ability to track, manage, and report on hiring data accurately and provide meaningful insight. • Experience working with an ATS; Pinpoint experience is advantageous, but not required. • Strong candidate screening skills and ability to ask effective questions. • Ability to update templates, coordinate interviews, and manage recruitment processes. • Detail-oriented, proactive, creative problem-solving, empathetic listening, and organisational skills.
