📋 Description

• Proactively search for and engage candidates, including headhunting for niche roles • Build talent pools and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs • Manage and maintain high-quality ATS data • Draft engaging job specifications reflecting the company culture • Track advertising channels and oversee the application process • Conduct first-stage candidate screenings • Maintain competitor market maps and track hiring trends • Support onboarding improvements, referral campaigns, and candidate testing • Help ensure candidates have a positive experience throughout the hiring process

🎯 Requirements

• Experience finding candidates, especially in the UK across Audit, Accounting, Tax, or professional services • Experience working with the South African market is a bonus • Ability to track, manage, and report on hiring data accurately • Experience using an ATS; Pinpoint experience is advantageous • Ability to conduct effective candidate screenings • Ability to update templates, coordinate interviews, and manage recruitment processes
