📋 Description

• Lead and manage complex termination cases end-to-end, including assessment, documentation, coaching, and execution • Serve as primary contact for employee grievances and conduct fair, thorough, confidential investigations • Advise managers and leadership on performance management, disciplinary processes, and difficult conversations • Build and maintain stakeholder relationships across departments • Draft and review PIPs, warning letters, termination letters, settlement agreements, and case summaries • Identify recurring employee-relations issues and recommend policy or process improvements • Maintain confidential, organized case documentation • Own onboarding, offboarding, contract administration, employee data management, and HRIS accuracy • Ensure compliance with local labor law, internal policies, and audit requirements • Improve HR workflows, templates, and SOPs • Prepare HR reporting and metrics for leadership review • Support payroll-adjacent processes and answer employee questions on policies and contracts • Partner with Legal and Payroll on process alignment, documentation standards, and risk mitigation

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in HR, combining HR operations and employee relations • Experience managing complex or contested terminations and grievance/investigation processes • Fluent English • Working knowledge of international labor law across multiple regions and engagement types, including employment and B2B • Knowledge of HR compliance requirements • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to advise managers and senior leadership • Excellent judgment and discretion with sensitive, confidential information • Strong written communication skills and ability to draft formal HR documentation • Experience with HRIS systems and HR reporting/data • Ability to balance employee empathy with business protection and decisive action • Experience in a fast-growing or multi-regional company is a nice-to-have • Experience partnering with Legal on employment matters is a nice-to-have • Experience mentoring or supporting HR team members is a nice-to-have • Degree in law is a nice-to-have
