📋 Description

• Perform commissioning, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair work for PV inverters and ESS equipment • Deliver field-based and remote technical support to customers and service partners across Scotland and Northern England • Diagnose electrical, mechanical, communication, and software-related faults • Complete inspections, testing, firmware updates, and performance checks • Prepare service reports and document corrective actions • Maintain accurate service records • Collaborate with internal technical, sales, and service teams to improve customer experience and equipment performance • Support PV and energy storage systems across the mid-region and northern region of England

🎯 Requirements

• Technical training in electrical engineering, renewable energy, power electronics, or a comparable discipline • Practical experience servicing solar PV, battery storage, electrical, or industrial equipment • Ability to interpret electrical diagrams, use diagnostic tools, and resolve faults independently • Based in, or able to work remotely from, Northern England or Scotland • Regular travel across the northern UK region • Prioritise health, safety, and quality • Professional customer communication • English at C1 level • Additional European languages are a plus
