• Receive pre-qualified leads directly from our CRM database and company channels • Manage the full sales cycle: from initial contact to deal closure and post-sales relationship management • Represent the Sunreef brand at global boat shows, private events, and strategic activations • Develop and nurture your own network of UHNWI clients, family offices, and key intermediaries (brokers, advisors, etc.) • Maintain high standards of reporting, using CRM tools to track pipelines and client interactions • Ensure all communication reflects the brand’s values, design philosophy, and commitment to excellence
• 3–5 years of sales experience in the luxury yachting, automotive, or private jet industries • Proven track record of success with UHNWI clients and high-ticket closings • Fluent in English; other languages such as Arabic, French, German, or Spanish are an asset • Refined interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and cultural awareness • International mindset and willingness to travel globally as needed • Comfortable working with CRM systems and digital client engagement tools • Ambitious, proactive, and highly polished communicator
