📋 Description

• Partner with business leaders to understand strategic objectives, challenges, and opportunities • Translate business needs into well-defined analytical questions • Analyze complex financial, operational, and strategic problems • Develop actionable recommendations supporting company strategy and decision-making • Identify key drivers of business performance from complex datasets • Develop and maintain financial, operational, profitability, and decision-support models • Source, combine, transform, validate, and analyze data using SQL, Excel, Snowflake, dbt, Python, and other tools • Perform company, regional, market, customer, and business-level analyses • Develop executive-ready presentations and communicate findings and recommendations • Design scalable analytical tools, datasets, and reporting solutions • Improve business processes, KPIs, reports, dashboards, and analytical models • Manage medium to large analytical projects with minimal oversight • Provide analytical guidance to other analysts and contribute to team capabilities and best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Analytics, Accounting, or a related field preferred • 6+ years of experience in financial analysis, business analysis, strategic analysis, FP&A, analytics, consulting, or a related discipline • Exceptional business acumen and understanding of financial and operational business drivers • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to structure ambiguous business questions and develop an analytical approach • Ability to identify relationships, trends, and business drivers within complex information and translate findings into recommendations • Advanced Excel skills • Strong SQL proficiency, including sourcing, joining, transforming, and analyzing data • Experience with, or ability to quickly learn, Snowflake, dbt, Git/GitHub, and Python • Strong PowerPoint and presentation development skills • Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar business intelligence and data visualization platforms • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Strong project management and organizational skills • Ability to work independently with limited supervision while collaborating across Finance, Operations, Sales, and other business functions • High attention to detail and focus on data accuracy and analytical integrity
