📋 Description

• Source, sell to, and onboard initial commercial HVAC contractors • Identify strong commercial HVAC partners and communicate the value of Sunstone's solutions • Manage partner review and onboarding processes • Develop contractor partnerships to generate significant loan volume • Integrate Sunstone loan products into partner sales processes • Train partner sales teams and maintain relationships with partner leadership • Partner with HVAC manufacturers, distributors, buying groups, and associations to generate contractor and loan pipelines • Develop joint go-to-market strategies • Advise product, underwriting, and operations teams on refinements based on partner and contractor feedback

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in HVAC revenue roles, including sales or business development • Experience selling or using financial products strongly preferred • Proven track record in strategic partnerships and channel management with OEMs, distributors, and contractors • Willingness to travel at least 40% of the time • Experience launching or scaling new products or verticals • Strong acumen in SMB lending and equipment finance • Data-operator with executive presence and credibility with senior leadership • Builder mentality: demanding, collaborative, adaptable, and mission-aligned
