📋 Description

• Lead the growth product function for Superhuman Mail • Lead a team of growth product managers • Own growth funnels across web, desktop, mobile, agents, MCP connectors, and other surfaces • Report to the Head of Marketing & Growth • Partner with Grammarly, Go, and central growth teams to distribute Mail across the Superhuman suite • Drive compounding growth and shared revenue accountability • Collaborate cross-functionally to create clarity, urgency, and customer impact • Embed AI into workflows, rituals, and decision-making • Redesign experiences to create AI-native workflows and measurable customer outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in product management • 3+ years leading growth at a product-led (PLG) company • Experience managing growth PMs • Experience owning growth across multiple funnels or surfaces • Rigorous funnel analysis and conversion-by-step measurement • Hands-on experience with self-serve monetization levers, including pricing, packaging, trials, and offers • Strong analytical fluency • Experience with data analysis, experiment design, and growth modeling • Proven track record of moving quickly from insight to shipped product • Ability to make good decisions with imperfect data • Bonus: experience at an AI-native company or driving growth on mobile, third-party platforms, and integrations
