📋 Description

• Own the full sales cycle — from prospecting to close — for enterprise and consultant-led opportunities. • Build and maintain trusted relationships with executives, HR leaders, consultants, and brokers. • Leverage your network to accelerate pipeline development. • Shape pricing, packaging, and objection-handling tools with leadership. • Develop the sales playbook, ROI frameworks, and enablement tools for future scaling. • Partner with Marketing and Outbound to generate qualified demand.

🎯 Requirements

• 7–10+ years in enterprise sales or consultant-led benefits ecosystem. • Proven record of closing $500K+ ACV enterprise deals. • Strong, trusted relationships across the benefits ecosystem. • Consultative seller able to align and influence executive stakeholders. • Comfortable with ambiguity and category creation; strong storytelling skills. • Bonus: early-stage startup or category-defining company experience.
