• Manage day-to-day HR queries with professionalism and warmth • Prepare contracts, letters, salary changes, and policy docs • Ensure compliance across our operating regions with guidance from the HR Manager & COO • Own onboarding tasks (background checks, documentation, system setups) • Support with probation reviews, performance cycles, and exit processes • Track and maintain accurate records across absence, leave, benefits, and bonuses • Provide flawless support to employees and managers across multiple time zones • Support global HR initiatives (new policies, HRIS automation, templates) • Assist with reporting and metrics (headcount, turnover, sickness, hiring) • Contribute to culture, wellbeing, and people initiatives
