📋 Description

• Build, test, deploy, and maintain performant Shopify themes in line with best practices • Deliver creative technical solutions to support complex ecommerce requirements • Conduct code reviews and maintain high standards for quality and maintainability • Collaborate across disciplines to scope, design, and implement new features • Share knowledge and contribute to team learning, culture, and process improvement • Develop from-theme builds and custom themes on Shopify Store 2.0 • Advise project managers on technical scope and act as a go-to technical problem solver

🎯 Requirements

• 1–2+ years delivering functional, responsive Shopify/Shopify Plus websites • Strong understanding of Shopify Store 2.0 architecture, Liquid, and theme development • Solid skills in HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript (ES6+) • Experience with Git version control • 2+ years in a commercial development environment • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) • A proactive mindset and eagerness to keep up with Shopify and web trends • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies (nice to have) • Familiarity with CLI tools and build pipelines (Rollup, Vite, esbuild, GitHub Actions) (nice to have) • Exposure to modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g. React, Alpine.js) (nice to have)
