📋 Description

• Support seamless client onboarding and integration within Sweed’s cannabis retail platform • Manage ETL processes that extract, transform, and load client inventory, customer, and transaction data • Map data accurately to Sweed’s data model and state-specific compliance requirements • Start each day in team stand-ups, sharing progress and flagging blockers • Manage an active queue of implementation tickets and projects against deadlines • Follow and help establish SOPs and checks and balances for migrations and ETL jobs • Proactively communicate issues, challenges, and revised timelines • Respond to implementation emergencies during or after hours by triaging, stabilizing, and updating stakeholders • Coordinate with implementation, support, product, and client-facing teams to keep launches on track • Maintain clear project status and ensure errors are identified before reaching client production environments

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in a technical implementation, integration, or data engineering role; SaaS platform experience strongly preferred • Hands-on experience managing a queue of tickets and projects concurrently, each with its own deadline • Comfortable following documented SOPs and quality checks, and identifying when a process needs to change • Strong technical acumen and methodical troubleshooting of data or configuration issues • Clear, proactive communication when timelines or challenges shift • Resilience, self-reflection, and accountability for mistakes • Experience in a highly regulated, precision-critical data environment such as healthcare or military/defense is a strong plus • Experience leading, mentoring, or coordinating the work of others • Technical project management approach, including breaking work into steps and tracking status to completion • Experience with data analysis, transformation, and ETL/data migration processes • Knowledge of inventory, customer, and catalog data • Ability to identify technical requirements and consult clients on integration with third-party platforms • Programming proficiency in Python (required, intermediate level or above) and SQL • Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and CSV/DataFrame manipulation • Highly organized and consistent record of meeting deadlines • Ability to collaborate across implementation, support, and product teams • Ability to create and maintain SOP documentation • Ability to keep cross-functional stakeholders aligned on project status and hurdles • Strong verbal English communication skills and ability to lead client meetings and explain technical concepts clearly • Comfort working in US time zones and participating in regular client-facing meetings • Nice-to-have experience with POS data migrations, Airflow, AWS S3, Metrc or other track-and-trace systems, SaaS product or implementation teams, cannabis technology, healthcare data migration, or military/defense data migration
