πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Develop and gain new business in the HVAC and Building Services sectors β€’ Increase the awareness of the Swegon brand within the UK β€’ Increase market share and grow sales of all product ranges β€’ Approximately 80% account management and 20% new business β€’ Promote products and services to the HVAC and Building Services markets β€’ Sell and promote products and services to end users and design consultants β€’ Work towards and achieve planned targets β€’ Ensure customer expectations are met and exceeded β€’ Maintain a level of account management of live and new accounts gained β€’ Offer a good level of communication, technical advice and guidance on customer requirements to build and maintain relationships β€’ Provide informative technical presentations to consulting groups & M&E contractor businesses β€’ Arrange client meetings with both existing customers and potential customers to identify requirements with the view to gaining orders β€’ Attend sales meetings periodically with the sales team, presenting a report on the activities in your location β€’ Update the Company bespoke sales database to maintain current and correct information of contacts, addresses, and activities whenever the opportunity arises.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Minimum 2 years experience within a HVAC industry role β€’ B2B field sales (min 3 years) β€’ Able to demonstrate a proven sales track record β€’ Deal with engineering consultants & contractors β€’ HVAC product knowledge and sales β€’ Identifying sales opportunities and leads β€’ Client bookings and meetings β€’ Capturing potential customer details β€’ Identifying customer needs, requirements and specifications β€’ GCSE / A Level or equivalent, (including IT) β€’ General technical aptitude/knowledge β€’ Computer literacy β€’ Valid UK Driving Licence.
