📋 Description

• Own the ELT process end-to-end, including modelling, testing, documentation, cost management, and performance management • Own orchestration and ensure pipelines are reliable, timely, and accurate • Maintain and extend extraction and loading from new sources • Build data quality tests and checks • Own the BI layer strategy and recommend Swoon's long-term BI direction • Improve self-service analytics for non-technical colleagues across commercial, operations, and marketing • Use AI tooling for analysis, transformation development, documentation, and QA • Identify and enable AI solutions for operational reconciliation, customer service triage, content generation, and supplier administration • Partner with commercial, marketing, and operations leads to turn business questions into actionable insights • Own the warehouse, transformation layer, orchestration, and analytics surface end-to-end

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrable experience building and running a production analytics stack • Strong SQL and Python skills • Experience with Snowflake and orchestration (Airflow or equivalent) • Hands-on experience using AI tools in a real workflow • Ability to set your own roadmap, prioritise against commercial impact, and deliver without supervision • Ability to explain a technical constraint to a non-technical stakeholder and push back on a bad request without damaging the relationship
