📋 Description

• **Here’s what the role looks like: ** • The role involves a mix of strategic planning, communication, training, and hands-on support to ensure that new systems and processes are effectively adopted within an organization. • An Adoption Consultant is responsible for several key activities: • - Business Discovery: Conducting readiness assessments, gathering working practices and requirements, and planning the transformation journey • - Executive Engagement: Engaging with executives to ensure alignment and support for the adoption initiatives • - Change Management: Creating change and adoption collateral, developing and delivering communication plans and campaigns, and providing knowledge transfer to change agents • - Training and Support: Delivering training content, organizing events, and supporting the adoption of new ways of working • - Collaboration: Working closely with business personnel to ensure successful adoption and achieving business value success measures.

🎯 Requirements

• **Here are the key skills and experience relevant to this role: ** • - Excellent knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools and capabilities • - Excellent knowledge of Generative and Agentic AI such as Copilot • - Training experience on Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Office Suite of tools. PROSCI ADKAR Certification or experience • - Classroom Training and Webinar Training design and delivery experience • - Excellent written communication and presentation skills • - User Experience Design experience preferable
