📋 Description
• Need to have experience on Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system with Nuance Platform desired but experience with any other IVR platform will be considered • Experience with NAS, NDF and Nuance Cloud is big plus • Need to have knowledge of IVR routing • Experience with VXML, JDBC, Java, J2EE, Java Script, XML • Familiarity with Eclipse, Apache Tomcat Server/Maven, MS SQL/Oracle DB, Linux OS platform, Windows Server, MQ, Web Services • Have clear understanding of audio and grammar components • Ability to understand the IVR UI design • Cloud based solutions experience (AZURE) is plus but not required • Knowledge of agile development methodologies • Ability to develop and maintain key vendor relationships with a focus on technology currency and best practices • Experience with supporting the production issues • Experience with the health care industry is desired but not required
