📋 Description

• Full-time remote position, travel required based on business needs (up to 30% of the time). • Manage assigned broker networks across multiple U.S. regions. • Build and maintain strong relationships with Costco buyers, brokers, distributors, and other key customers. • Track and manage customer projects, product launches, and promotions. • Conduct regular store visits and monitor market conditions. • Attend Costco warehouse openings, regional events, and customer meetings. • Serve as the primary contact for account-related issues. • Facilitate collaborations with R&D, Production, Quality, and other relevant departments. • Analyze sales performance and customer data for business reviews and forecasts. • Assist the VP of Sales and Marketing in producing monthly reports and sales forecasts. • Coordinate activities to increase revenue and market share. • Update R&D team on food trends for new SKUs and recipe improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• A bachelor's degree is required. • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the food industry. • Experience managing broker networks, customer accounts. • Prior experience working with Costco, club channel customers, or national retail accounts highly preferred. • Strong project management, organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills. • Ability to understand sales performance metrics and leverage data-driven insights. • Self-driven, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills. • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. • Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, and other business applications.
