📋 Description

• Own product messaging end-to-end • Build product marketing content, narratives, and reusable assets across channels and touchpoints • Bridge deep product knowledge with market-facing communication • Explain Synera's AI Agent Platform for Engineering, its tool integrations, and adoption value • Create use-case content for engineers and engineering leaders • Collaborate with Product Managers, the Chief Product Officer, Sales, Customer Success, technical SMEs, Partner Marketing, and channel owners • Produce messaging documents, feature-release content, competitive analyses, battlecards, comparison blog posts, customer success stories, demo video scripts, product web pages, one-pagers, slides, and blogs • Plan and launch multi-channel campaigns across websites, webinars, LinkedIn, YouTube, events, ads, sales, social, partner, and influencer channels • Monitor demo requests, portal sign-ups, and campaign performance • Build product demos in Synera • Establish repeatable product marketing processes, AI-supported workflows, and documented SOPs • Develop competitive comparisons and re-engagement campaigns for lost deals • Support predictable pipeline generation and opportunity conversion

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8+ years in B2B product marketing, technical marketing, or solutions marketing • Ideally experience in engineering software, simulation, CAx, PLM, or enterprise SaaS • Background in engineering, simulation, or CAD software • Understanding of how engineers work • Exceptional writing and storytelling skills • Ability to translate complex technical workflows into narratives for technical and executive audiences • Excellent project management skills and attention to detail • Ability to create highly efficient processes • AI-first mindset and interest in building AI-supported content workflows from scratch • Ability to work with high ownership and navigate ambiguity • Fluency in English • German strongly preferred • French is a plus • Alignment with Synera's Core Values
