📋 Description

• Partner with Sales and Delivery organizations in the Americas to optimize financial and operating metrics • Collaborate with Corporate and regional stakeholders on pricing, P&L, revenue recognition, and sales activities • Ensure accurate, complete, and predictable forecast submissions • Drive liquidity actions, including collection and billing escalations • Lead complex negotiations with clients, vendors, and partners • Develop negotiation strategies that maximize value while maintaining stakeholder relationships • Research market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to inform negotiations • Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, and Legal to review and finalize contractual agreements • Contribute to deal construct, resource plan optimization, and working capital management • Develop and implement software, services, and solutions pricing strategies • Collaborate with finance teams on rate-card pricing methodologies and maintain regional partner rate cards • Align pricing with product positioning, market segmentation, and revenue targets • Monitor pricing performance and market trends and recommend data-driven adjustments • Provide guidance and leadership to communities in the Americas region

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field • MBA or equivalent preferred • 8+ years of experience in commercial negotiations, pricing, or related roles, preferably in software or technology • Strong understanding of pricing strategies, methodologies, and models • Proven success closing complex deals through negotiation • Ability to analyze market dynamics and customer behavior to drive pricing decisions • Experience leading a diverse team • Strong leadership and team management abilities • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels • Proficiency in data analysis and pricing tools/software • Knowledge of legal and regulatory frameworks related to commercial agreements and pricing is a plus • Alignment with Syniti's core values
