📋 Description

• Inform prospective applicants about course offerings in IT specialist training, web development, cloud development, and AI • Assess each prospect’s individual situation, suitability, and learning objectives • Support applicants as their primary point of contact during the initial phone consultation • Inform leads about course structure, learning objectives, career prospects, and job opportunities for developers • Hand qualified prospects over to the Closer • Work closely with Marketing, particularly the CRM Manager • Support lead nurturing, funnel development, and audience-specific outreach

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent communication skills and enthusiasm for working with people • Ability to approach applicants openly, empathetically, and proactively, including by phone • Motivation to achieve clear and ambitious goals • Independent and self-directed working style • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) • Proficiency in Google tools (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar) • Additional HubSpot experience is a plus • Excellent German skills, both written and spoken • Ideally, spoken and written English at C1+ level • Previous experience in sales or educational consulting at an AZAV-certified education provider is a major plus
