📋 Description

• Build the AI engine for Synthesia Roleplay Sessions • Create models that listen to learners during roleplay sessions • Score learner performance • Generate helpful feedback in real time • Determine how AI avatars should respond based on learner behavior • Develop products that support interactive conversation practice and enterprise skill development • Collaborate through technical interviews and production-oriented architectural problem solving

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to apply machine learning knowledge to solve real product problems • At least 7 years of experience as a software engineer • At least 2 years of experience at senior level • Experience in a high-performing engineering team operating at scale • Strong understanding of machine learning • Product-focused software development experience • Pragmatism and bias towards action • Comfort with fast iteration • Alignment with commercial success • Ability to work in the country of employment without visa sponsorship or ongoing employer support to maintain right to work
