📋 Description

• Design and build bespoke technical solutions for strategic customers and partners • Own custom engagement delivery from scoping and architecture through deployment • Bridge technical and business stakeholders • Translate ambiguous customer requirements into prototypes and production-grade solutions • Partner with product and engineering teams to feed customer needs into the roadmap • Identify patterns across engagements and recommend platform features • Represent Synthesia’s technical capabilities in customer meetings, workshops, and discovery sessions • Lead end-to-end custom engagements and help define the FDE engagement playbook

🎯 Requirements

• Experience building and shipping working software end-to-end • Comfort working across the stack or with APIs and integrations • Some exposure to customer or commercial contexts • Familiarity with enterprise technical integrations and vendor solutions • Experience using AI tools to accelerate output • Ability to work across ambiguous customer requirements and tight timelines • Right to work in the country of employment and ability to pass compliance checks • Ability to communicate with engineers, architects, and senior customer decision-makers
