• Solely responsible for winning and maximising business within a dedicated one-square-mile neighbourhood • Research target audience and opportunities in your neighbourhood • Build and leverage strong customer relationships through constant selling and face-to-face meetings • Onboard new customers effectively while maintaining close relationships with existing accounts • Track activity and opportunities using Salesforce • Work closely with distribution partner/driver to service the neighbourhood • Deliver profitable volume growth and hit sales targets • Monitor competitor and independent market activity and adapt propositions • Leverage Brakes’ products and resources to provide customer solutions
• Field Sales or Account Management background (preferred) • Ability to win new business and maximise sales from existing customers • Commercially astute • Technically proficient in Excel • Experience using Salesforce to track activity • Strong relationship building and face-to-face selling skills • Passion for sales • Food industry experience (desirable, not essential)
