Tabeo is a software platform and payments suite built for dental practices and groups. It combines card payments, patient finance (with FCA-compliant lending flows and automated credit/affordability checks), and membership plans into a single dashboard (Revenue Engine) that integrates with practice management systems to handle billing, collections, clinician payroll allocation, and reporting. The product is positioned for practice managers, owners and multi-site groups to increase treatment acceptance, automate recurring revenue, reduce back‑office overhead and provide visibility into practice finances.

📋 Description

• Manage and optimise credit risk and fraud strategies for our lending operations. • Drive improvements to credit assessments. • Own performance and projects and bring new ideas. • Split time between task exploration, coding and presenting. • Explain compellingly to others based on data analysis.

🎯 Requirements

• Happy and willing to communicate, because data means nothing until it’s put into action • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in mathematics, statistics, or a related field. • At least 4 years of experience in credit risk analysis, with a focus on consumer lending. • Expertise in underwriting performance and model functions • Proficiency in building models using statistical tools (e.g., Python, R, SAS, or similar). • Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation. • Ability to work independently and take ownership of complex projects. • Familiarity with tools such as BigQuery, DBT, and open banking platforms is an advantage. • Experience in counterparty risk analysis is a plus.
