📋 Description

• Partner with internal stakeholders to produce visual design creative (including icons, animated gifs/videos and illustrations) for digital marketing campaigns across all channels including ads, social media, email, out-of-home, and more. • Work closely with the Global Brand and Marketing team in the US to evolve the Tala visual brand for Mexico. • Design and deliver multiple deliverables adhering to brand and style guidelines. • Leverage data & learnings to inform the creative process and final designs. • Generate creative ideas, inspire your teammates, respectfully give and receive feedback. • Ability to self-manage to meet multiple deadlines, prioritize work, and keep projects moving forward.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working in graphic design, animation or illustration. • Skilled in graphic design and either 2D animation or illustration. • Expert knowledge of Figma and the Adobe Creative Cloud suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator. • Exceptional portfolio that demonstrates a refined design and typographical sensibility. • Experience working with consumer brands either in-house or via advertising agency. • Possess deep customer empathy and awareness of the impact of design. • Experience working within brand guidelines while localizing creative to fit marketing needs. • Strong command of design principles, typography, color theory, and conceptual thinking. • Experience with Premiere Pro and After Effects a plus. • Comfortable working with Slack, Jira, and GSuite, or willingness to learn. • Collaborative and fun!
