📋 Description
• Manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple departments and regions • Develop strong relationships with hiring managers and recruitment partners • Support employer branding initiatives internally and externally • Track recruitment metrics and assist in reporting • Source top-tier talent using platforms like LinkedIn and other sourcing tools • Lead and support the onboarding process for new employees • Assist in end-of-month time tracking and hours reporting • Coordinate and manage employee offboarding • Collaborate with the VP of HR on cross-timezone HR initiatives and projects
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in recruitment and HR operations within global companies • Previous experience working remotely as part of an international team • Familiarity with recruiting for U.S.-based roles • Experience with ATS platforms such as TeamTailor and an interest in AI-driven recruiting tools • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field • Strong sourcing skills and a solutions-oriented mindset • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities • Positive, collaborative attitude and a passion for people
